the location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, especially the free transport zone. a tim hortons and a circle k store were across from the hotel, very convenient. underground parking gave me peace of mind regarding vehicle safety.

I found the location very central and close to public transportation. moxies, the on-site restaurant, was good. i found my room spacious and tidy. the room service menu with the downstairs restaurant was a great touch. I appreciated that convenience.

I found the heater a bit noisy. It sometimes disrupted my sleep.

i found the staff friendly. the room was clean. i liked the metro's close proximity to the hotel. i appreciated the coffee and tea available in the room. the bar was open late. it offered food and drinks. the location felt central. many attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. the hotel offers a free tram network. it connects easily to nearby areas. i found the king suite offered a fantastic view. the room was very nice. i easily found the entrance. the staff was helpful. the rooms were clean. i appreciated the speedy check-in process.

the street outside the hotel had a noticeable issue with homelessness. this did not contribute to a sense of safety, especially in the evenings
